- A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for all bookings of boarding over three days. Payable at the time of booking.
- Cancellations for dog boarding made within 1 week of the stay will still be charged at the full rate.
- Cancellations for doggy/ puppy day care made within 24 hours of the care will still be charged at the full rate.
- Cancellations for dog walks made within 12 hours of the walk will still be charged at the full rate.
